Beginning 3-1-14 and ending on 3-31-14, Lambda Lambda will be collecting used or new books, CDs and DVD to support Books4Cause. Donations may be brought to the GSU nursing office anytime during the month of March and will be collected in the C wing nursing lab. Any type of book, CD or DVD, excluding magazines, encyclopedias or non-professionally recorded CD, and DVDs, are welcome. Books4Cause is a local Skokie based charity the collects books for distribution in Africa. Books are primarily distributed to libraries in Ghana but may also support other African countries or even some US libraries. Lambda Lambda's first book drive for Books4Cause, in September of 2012 was an enormous success. Please plan to participate in our March 2014 book drive.
